G-WASH 106

The G-WASH 106 is an automatic screen developing machine that provides continuously adjustable washing pressure for maximum flexibility during screen development and degreasing. It features a "PLUG & WASH" construction, meaning you can simply unpack, set up, connect, and start developing.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The machine is available in 5 standard sizes.

It accommodates a screen height (SH) of 1500 mm and screen widths (SB) ranging from 1000 to 2000 mm in 250 mm increments.

There are two versions available: Version A1 is designed for 100% fresh water operation, while Version A2 features an integrated recycling and rinsing tank for ecological operation, saving up to 80% on fresh water.

Safe working conditions are ensured thanks to the closed washing chamber.

Simple operation is provided via a touch-screen terminal.

Washing pressure, reaction times, spray carriage speed, number of wash strokes, and other parameters are freely programmable.

More than 100 program slots are available for saving customized washing programs.

A powerful pump guarantees optimal developing results.

The wash pressure is electronically adjustable between 5-12 bar, with an option to increase to 20 bar.

Nozzle bars for the squeegee and print sides can be individually switched on or off.

Easy-to-clean Grünig special nozzles made of V2A stainless steel include a service cover for simple maintenance.

The robust construction is made of V2A stainless steel, and the machine features a space-saving, compact design with front loading via a sliding door.

The system is low-maintenance, user-friendly, and “INDUSTRY 4.0 READY” (prepared for G-GATEWAY connection).
