StencilMaster CtS IN-LINE OPTION

Automatic screen making is gaining in importance, even in the sector of screen printing. The modular range of the StencilMaster CtS exposing units combines technology with automation through IN-LINE processes. Implementing these automated steps provides numerous advantages, including improved quality, reduced material and salary costs, shortened setting-up times, and increased printing output.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The IN-LINE options can be customized to your production needs, as demonstrated by the fully automated PRO-10 example:

Magazine Feeder 190XS_A30: This automatic feeder has a maximum capacity for 10 screens. It is capable of taking up screens of various sizes and with different frame profiles.

StencilMaster CtS Direct Exposing: The STM system automatically calls up the screens one after the other, positioning them for perfect registration and pneumatically fastening them. The optics are focused using autofocus, and direct exposure is ensured by a powerful LED_Q4 UV light source.

Developer 175XS CtS Version: The exposed screen is forwarded to the development chamber where it is automatically moistened to soften up the emulsion. The entire developing process takes place in a closed washing chamber to prevent precipitations or spray mist from infiltrating the StencilMaster system. It features an integrated water recycling system , and the programming is fully integrated via the STM Software STPrint V.4.
Blow-off / Preliminary Drying 179XS: The washed and wet screens are automatically pre-dried, eliminating more than 95% of the water. This considerably accelerates drying time and provides an improved printing quality by preventing lime-scale deposits.
Unloading Magazine 190XS_A30: The screens are automatically taken to the unloading magazine (capacity for 10 screens) where they can be removed, ready to print.
