PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Main Structure: Constructed from heat-treated #20 channel steel, providing excellent resistance to bending and deformation, and capable of withstanding extremely high tension.
Drive System: Features a heat-treated, high-surface-strength screw (40cm diameter) and a heavy-duty chain. Powered by imported TECO motors for smooth, safe, and reliable operation, complete with built-in safety switches.
Clamping Mechanism: Utilizes a patented, precision aluminum alloy chuck. This robust and durable design delivers exceptionally high clamping force, ensuring the mesh tension remains highly stable during the stretching process.
Slide Rails: Incorporates bearing-driven parallel side guide rails for the sliding clamp handles, making mesh handling and adjustment effortless.
Premium Components: Equipped with a Mitsubishi inverter and Taiwan TECO motors (380V). The electrical system utilizes Schneider components (switches, circuit breakers, and AC contactors), alongside an electromagnetic speed controller and 4 sets of Chengda gear reducers.
